Broker/Realtor
License #:

I was raised by a father who loved real estate.  I studied civil engineering in college and upon graduating went to work for my father to build a planned unit development on 1,200 acres of rich farmland on the outskirts of Minneapolis, MN.  It was called “The Preserve”, and the concept was to gently lower a community of 1,500 people onto the land and preserve the natural surroundings and wildlife.

After receiving my professional license, I went to work designing large land developments in California.  I also designed and built my 3,600 sq. ft. home on 30 acres overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

I then moved to Phoenix where I started my own design practice doing commercial and residential developments.  I excelled in my proficiency designing projects in desert areas where flash flooding was a natural occurrence and the use of alternative septic systems was a necessity.

I know real estate from land acquisition, to design, to home construction.  I moved to Charlotte 20 years ago with my wife and 4 labradors.  I am dedicated to service and want to help my clients find what they want in a home and a community.  Let me help you manage the process of finding the right home in one of the many developments showing up in Union County and anywhere else in North and South Carolina.

Find Your Next Home
You need someone who knows this area inside and out! I can work with you to find the right home at the right price for you, including all the neighborhood amenities that matter - not to mention the essential criteria you have for your ideal home

Sell a Home
When it's time to move, you need someone who will advertise your home, show to prospective buyers, negotiate the purchase contract, arrange financing, oversee the inspections, handle all necessary paperwork and supervise the closing. I can take care of everything you need, from start to close.

Consult on Home Selling Tactics
Oftentimes buyers don't visualize living in your home the way you do. I can make your home attractive to its ideal audience - which can help you get top dollar. Things like staging the home, making repairs or minor improvements, or even simply painting the walls can be the difference between a home resting on the market and one that's sold fast.

I was raised by my father who loved real estate.  I received my civil engineering degree from the University of Denver in 1972, and upon graduating went to work for my father to help design and build a planned unit development on 1,200 acres of prime land on the outskirts of Minneapolis, Minnesota.  It was called “The Preserve”, and the concept was to gently lower a community of 1,500 people onto the land and preserve the natural surroundings and wildlife.

After receiving my professional civil engineering license in California in 1982, I went to work designing large land developments.  I also designed and built my 3,600 sq. ft. home on 30 acres south of San Francisco overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

I then moved to Phoenix where I started my own design practice doing commercial and residential developments.  I excelled in my proficiency of designing projects in the desert environment where flash flooding was a natural occurrence and the use of alternative septic systems was a necessity.
